1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the 54200 platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other digital channel provided by 54200 — you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 54200 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. Users under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using 54200's services under any circumstances.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 54200 platform. Registering more than one account by the same individual — whether using a different name, phone number, email address, or device — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated.
Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Any false or misleading information provided during registration may result in account termination without notice. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. 54200 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a 54200 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes, and not for any illegal, fraudulent, or unlawful activity under applicable Malaysian law. You are prohibited from:
- Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to access or manipulate the platform without prior written consent from 54200.
- Attempting to hack, attack, or compromise the security, integrity, or performance of 54200's systems.
- Using another user's account or sharing your account with any third party.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering through activities on the platform.
- Distributing harmful, deceptive, or rights-infringing content through the 54200 platform.
54200 reserves the right to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating an account, if a user is found to have violated any of the rules stated above. Such action may be taken without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 54200 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported deposit methods include TNG eWallet, FPX, and bank transfers via major Malaysian banks. Each deposit is subject to minimum and maximum limits set by 54200 from time to time.
Users are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into their 54200 account belong to them and were obtained through legitimate means. Any attempt to deposit funds from an unauthorised third party is strictly prohibited. 54200 reserves the right to request identity verification or proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe, subject to the required verification. 54200 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors. Any transaction disputes must be reported to the 54200 support team within 30 days of the transaction date.

Intellectual Property

Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or republish any content without prior written consent from 54200.

6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
54200 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused the platform. In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, the account balance may be subject to investigation and may not be refunded if evidence of fraud is found.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the 54200 support team. All valid fund balances will be returned upon completion of the verification process, subject to the applicable withdrawal policy.
Changes to Terms
54200 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available on the 54200 website.
